What Is It?
The Table Rock Freedom Center is a non-denominational, faith-based recovery residential program for women. The 12-month, Christ-centered program incorporates (personal and spiritual growth training/coaching, biblical teachings, and a health and wellness program), giving each student the skills needed to overcome:
- Anxiety & Depression
- Addictions
- Eating Disorders
- Trauma from Sexual or Physical Abuse
- Self-Destructive Lifestyles
With professional guidance, each student addresses her own personal challenges and receives the necessary tools to confront unhealthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The truths of God’s Word are applied to each student’s daily life and personal journey, leading to an amazing transformation, allowing her to recognize her worth and purpose.
Does It Work?
Absolutely! How do I know? Because I completed it. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but the most rewarding. I suffered from depression, trauma from sexual abuse, and other addictions. In one year I faced the life-controlling issues head on and became free in Jesus. I share about my journey through TRFC in my testimony.
