    I tried to access the private FB group, but it says “content not found”.
    I found your eBook from Sheila Wray Gergoire. I downloaded it last night and read most of it before bed. I finally got a free moment and I just finished it.  I’m ready to start this journey. I’m just a little smaller than you started (302, according to my doctor’s scale yesterday) and, like you, need to lose about half my body weight.
